ELMWOOD VILLAGE CHARTER SCHOOLS ANNOUNCES REVAMPED SIGNATURE GALA FOR 20TH ANNIVERSARY: 
School Community to Gather in Support and Celebration of Education

(Buffalo, NY) – Elmwood Village Charter School (EVCS) is pleased to formally announce the return of An Evening with EVCS on March 20, 2026, starting at 6 PM. This is the first time the signature gala and fundraiser hasn’t been held since 2019, and it has been reimagined as an even grander celebration of the schools’ 20th anniversary.

An Evening with EVCS will be hosted at the EVCS Hertel Campus at 665 Hertel Avenue. Pre-sale tickets are $25 per individual, $40 per couple, or $200 for a group of eight. Tickets can be purchased online at: bit.ly/EVCSGala26 Tickets will be available at the door for $35. The event is exclusively 21+. Presale ends March 6.

An Evening with EVCS will include:

• Reflections and displays showcasing the school’s history
• Music and dancing
• Live painting and auction by an EVCS art department staff member
• Silent auction with a number of items available, including classroom projects created by current EVCS students 

• Basket raffle (including classroom themed baskets) and door prizes, featuring items generously donated by the school community and local businesses and organizations 

• Refreshments including appetizers, desserts, and a bar 
• Pre-sale drink tickets for wine, beer, soda and water, including drink packages with commemorative glassware, which can be purchased online at bit.ly/EVCSGala26 
• 20th anniversary merchandise sale
